Blue Bay Tower Shines Bright with LED Display from Daktronics

Eye Media and Daktronics partner for digital billboard experience in Dubai

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Jan. 28, 2025 – Daktronics, in conjunction with Eye Media, has manufactured and installed an LED digital billboard at Blue Bay Tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Curved to match the building’s façade, the display was installed in the fall of 2024 and currently shares branding and advertising messages with passersby in this busy location.

Digital Billboard Details

The LED display measures 7.68 meters high by 27.84 meters wide and features a 10-millimeter pixel spacing to deliver crisp, clear imagery to viewers as they pass by. Its digital nature allows it to show multiple messages on a rotation or to be adjusted by season, holiday or any special need.

The installation process involved the use of a robust, customized steel structure for secure mounting, tailored to the specific requirements of the site. 

A custom Daktronics control solution is included with the project. This allows for seamless message transitions and easy scheduling options to ensure Blue Bay Tower is getting the most out of this investment.
