James Madison University

Adding an on-site Daktronics event producer into the mix elevated the game-day experience while serving as a valuable resource for the university to ensure their brand and sponsors are represented in the best way. As a liaison between Daktronics and JMU, the event producer is intimately aware of the system, how it functions and how the content will show on the display. Pairing them together allows for the best possible outcome on game day for JMU and their fans.

Miami Open

For their 2022 event, the Miami Open wanted to make a splash by ensuring every audience member made no mistake that they were in Miami. By adding new LED displays to the 10 competition courts, on top of existing LED at Hard Rock Stadium, they had a lot of digital real estate to populate. So, they partnered with Daktronics Creative Services to develop a creative content package that would drive engagement and get fans on their feet.

Affiliate Program Consulting

Affiliate Program

If you have an in-house producer, or would prefer your person be a full-time employee of your organization, we also offer an affiliate program that offers many of the same benefits as our full program.

Access to regular producer meetings

Event Producers from across the country meet to discuss the latest industry trends, work together to troubleshoot issues with their systems, and collaborate on new feature ideas. This is a chance for your in-house producer to network with Daktronics professionals to stay at the very top of their game and ahead of the curve in an always evolving industry.

Consulting Services

Daktronics Event Production Services will visit your school at least once per season to evaluate your show and come up with ideas and strategies to enhance your game day presentation. You’ll receive a thorough report with new ideas and suggestions from an experienced Game Presentation professional.

Creative Content Allowance

As a member of the affiliate program, you will receive an allowance towards creative content from Daktronics Creative Services. When we bring new ideas to you, we’re also bringing our Creative Team to the table to bring new, big ideas to life.

Event Production Consultation

In addition to providing the world’s highest standard of video displays and control products, the Daktronics Professional Services team provides remote and on-site Event Production Consultation services. These offerings are customized to meet your unique needs and build on the strengths of your current production. After identifying your specific goals, desires and needs, our team will develop a personalized consultation to help you increase fan engagement, save money, increase workflow efficiency and more.

Remote Consultation

Each consultation session will be done via webinar at a mutually agreed upon time and involves the following:

Session 1: Introduction and Collaboration (1 hour)
Session 2: Advancing Events and Next Steps (1 hour)
Session 3: Goal Setting and Wrap Up

On-site Consultation

Our team will visit your venue to perform an on-site event production consultation. This offering includes:

Session 1: On-site, in-person consultation (1 full day)
Session 2: Remote Consultation (1 hour)

High School Event Production Curriculum

Our Event Production Curriculum provides opportunities for students to learn the art of event production through hands-on experience operating their school's video board.
