I am on my way home from my visit to Vienna for the 55th Annual FEPE Congress. The meetings were excellent with great speakers representing many leading companies in the OOH industry.
Throughout the course of the event, Digital OOH was a primary topic. Digital is no longer a nice to have, but a must have as a part of an overall offering to advertisers hungry for a flexible, attractive and timely medium.
There were so many examples of creative uses of digital advertising presented during the conference. One of the more impressive digital installations was highlighted by Jean-Francois Decaux, JCD. Mr. Decaux showed some amazing video of the Los Angeles Airport installation at Tom Bradly International Terminal. Take a look.
I enjoyed my time in Vienna and left with a very positive outlook for the future.
