Daktronics Lab Services – Integrity. Quality. Reliability.
After the design and engineering phase is complete, it’s time to manufacture our LED signs and displays.
Our products are made in the USA using global parts. We take raw components and significantly alter their state to form a functional LED display module. Then we assemble these modules into a fully functional LED display.
Doing all this assembly ourselves within the United States gives our customers higher quality products. We do extensive quality control during the assembly of our LED display modules so we can maintain consistent construction for long-term quality.
Our Coordinating Measurement Machine tests aluminum and steel sheet metal, plastic louvres and housing, and even bends in metal measurements with serious precision – down to a tolerance of ±3 micrometers.
The Critical Cleanliness Control, or C3, detects corrosive elements in electronics from our suppliers. We can determine where these elements are introduced during the manufacturing process so we can eliminate issues before they become a problem.
