Explaining Chip on Board

Flip-chip COB mounts red, green, and blue LEDs directly onto the display, eliminating wire bonds and traditional packaging. This design offers multiple advantages, including enhanced durability, reliability, and flexibility for airports and indoor venues.

COB LED panels are available in a range of pixel spacing to fit various applications. The touchable LED screens are mounted directly onto ultra-thin cabinets, providing wide viewing angles so viewers can see high-quality colors and details from many vantage points.

The LEDs are protected by a matte-finish surface encapsulant that reduces light reflection and shields the panel from impact, moisture, dust, and oxidation. This makes COB displays touchable, easy to clean, and built to last, even in demanding environments.
