Steps

  1. Launch Venus Control Suite and log in by following Venus Control Suite: How do I log in? .
  2. From the launchpad click on the Venus app.
  3. Click Menu button on the top left corner of the software.
  4. Click on Users in the Menu panel.
  5. Find the user you wish to delete by scrolling or using the search bar.
  6. Click on the User.
  7. Click on the Trash Can button above User Information section.
    1. Note: You are not able to remove yourself, so you will not see a trashcan for the account you are trying to delete if it is the one you are currently logged in as.
  8. A Delete Confirmation window will open.
  9. Click blue Confirm button to delete/remove user from your account.
