Names not showing up correctly on Tennis scoreboard with TNMC while using DakTennis v3

Potential Symptoms

  • Some courts are showing both names correctly, some courts are only showing one name, and some courts are not showing any names at all.

Environment

  • Product: Tennis scoreboard with Team Name Message Centers for each court
  • Component: TNMCs
  • Control System: DakTennis version 3

Cause

  • Player names are not saved in a manner that matches the settings under Outputs->Settings.

Resolution

  • Change the "Display Mode" to match what the team names are saved as under the match entry.
