Live stats "Stops" writing data to the comfile
Potential Symptoms
- Customer tested In Arena Utility and it worked prior to event, but when they open up a new game it doesnt write to the comfile (utility is left running during this change)
- Date modified value on the com file is old and isnt changing to show current date and time.

- Product: Live stats, In Arena Utility
Cause
- In Arena Utility seems to break connection to Live stats when game is changed.
Resolution
- Contact Live Stats support once the following has been completed:
- confirmed that they are configured for Live Stats using either the DSTI Statcrew XML dsi method or the Data Studio Basketball method. (if we haven not set this up for the 2019-2020 season yet we will need to notify their regional Applications engineer to complete setup)
- Ensure that they are using a shared folder on the Daktronics network to deliver the Comfile and that the share is connected and working.
