Data Studio Basketball: NCAA Gameday procedures

Steps
- If the site uses DSTI for other sports/events, verify that the program is closed and run the Start Data Studio.bat file from the desktop.
- Open and start the LiveStats and the In-Arena Utility (IAU) tool.
- When game information is available, the LiveStats and the In-Arena Utility (IAU) tool will write to a XML file to C:\Basketball, which has been preconfigured.
- Open Data Studio Basketball. - Click on the basketball icon on the desktop.
- Click on the arrow icon on the left side menu to access the Data Providers.
- Click on NCAA Mode. This will transact/save the changes.
- Click on the Home Icon in the left side menu to return to the Stats Dashboard.
Player Names will populate when they have a stat assigned to them. However, some stats that are not available for NCAA basketball will remain blank on the dashboard. (These blank fields will not be shown in Content Studio's Data Library for content creation.)
- Data is ready to be displayed.
- To switch to another sport once the game is over
- Close out of Data Studio Basketball
- Run the Stop Data Studio.bat file
- Open DSTI and select the desired sport
Note, do not run DSTI and Data Studio at the same time. This will cause inconsistencies with data.
