System Health: How do I designate diagnostic notifications to recipient(s)

Steps

If the desired notification recipient has a Venus Control Suite account:

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite. 
  2. From the left side menu, click on Users.
  3. Select the desired notification recipient user.
  4. Turn the System Health Notifications On.
  5. Click Save.

If the desired notification recipient does NOT have a Venus Control Suite account:

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite.
  2. From the left side menu, click on Settings. 
  3. Select Diagnostic Notifications.
  4. Click on Add Recipient button.  
  5. Add additional accounts to receive email notifications.
