Venus Accounts: How can corporate/parent accounts schedule to other displays in Venus Control Suite?

  • Product: Venus Select, Venus Professional, Venus Enterprise
  • Components: advertiser accounts, account hierarchy 
  • Control System: Venus Cloud-Based

Steps

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite.  See: Venus Control Suite: How do I log in?
  2. Verify that you are logged into the corporate or parent account.  The example below is has 3 levels of display management.  It is broken into corporate, regional, and state.

  1. While logged into corporate, click on the Playlist icon on the left side menu.
  2.  Click Add New to add a new playlist.  For more, see: Venus Scheduling: How do I create a playlist in Venus Control Suite?
  3. Click Add Displays.  From this view, the corporate account can select any display within the account and sub-accounts.  For this example, we can see the state specific displays.

    Filters can be used to help locate the specific group of displays you would like to schedule to. 
  4. Click confirm and complete the playlist creation by adding media files, etc. 
  5. When a corporate level account creates a playlist for sub-account's display it will be shared with those specific display owners.
