  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Change Serial Communication settings and Relay settings as shown below:
    • If COM5 is not an option, check in Windows Device Manager to see if there is a port that is labeled "MOXA USB Serial Port."
  4. Click the Network Monitors heading to expand it.
  5. Configure the Network Monitors with settings shown below while being aware of the following:
    • The "Ping" boxes are blank in the example shown.  When configuring the Network Monitors, the IP address used to fill in the blank should match the IP in use on that actual piece of equipment.
      • For example, if the player computer onsite is set to 192.168.0.50; you would enter 192.168.0.50 in the Ping box for the player monitor.
    • The IP address used for ISP Equipment should be an IP address or website that is external to the location and one that will not change; public DNS servers that respond to ping (ex. 4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.2, 8.8.4.4, 8.8.8.8) are common to use.
    • If no webcam is in use onsite it should be removed from the network monitors (by clicking the X in the left corner of it) to prevent unnecessary power cycles.
