  • How to check sending card status in the NovaStar NovaLCT-Mars program

Environment

  • Product: Nova MCTRL 600, Nova MCTRL 660, NovaStar VX4S, NovaStar brand sender box and receiver  cards
  • Components: NovaLCT-Mars
  • Control System: Market Standard or Limited Compliance using transmit common/open protocol
    • This includes but not limited to DVN-4003, Dragon sticks, J Series, JVX, U Series, Q Series, QVN, Z Series, and ZPN.

Steps

1. Connect and log into the sender box: How to log into the NovaStar NovaLCT-Mars Sender Box?

2. The basic log in page will give simple status indicator.

  1. Green= Normal
  2. Orange=Sending Card Fault
  3. Yellow= DVI Signal Exception
  4. Grey= Unknown

3. Click the Monitoring Icon for more details.

4. In the monitoring window, click on the top icon for sender card details. 

5. Hover over the box for additional status information. This information will refresh every 60 seconds.

Note: The other monitor (status) options are available with a multi-function card.
