Steps
- Venus Control Suite web presentations do not have the option to add letters with accents.
Work Around
Option 1:
- Copy the desired letter with the accent from another source (example: Internet) and paste into the web presentation text. It is recommended that user verify on physical display as well.
Option 2:
- Utilize the Character Map from Venus Control Suite Content Studio by following How to add special characters or symbols in Content Studio. add special characters or symbols in Content Studio
Option 3:
- Create content as an image from an external source (example: Adobe Photoshop) or content creator that has accents.
Option 4:
- If using Google Chrome there is an extension that can be downloaded called Google Input Tools. It is a Google App so it has a known publisher and is known to be safe. The link can be found here. Once downloaded, the user can choose which International keyboards they would like added to their list. There is also a page found here to try the keyboard out before actually adding the extension.
