Venus Media Library: How to download my content in Venus Control Suite?

Steps

Only image files uploaded to Venus Control Suite can be downloaded out of it, any content created through Content Studio or as a Web Presentation cannot be downloaded.

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite.
  2. Navigate to the account with the content you would like to download.

In the Scheduling App

  1. Click the Media button on the VCS toolbar to open the media library.
  2. Click on the thumbnail for the file that you would like to download.
  3. Click on Download from the file properties.

Venus Scheduled Content Report

 If you would like to download content to match your schedule but is not known what content that all is, a scheduled content report can be run in VCS for the display, reference Venus Reporting: How do I run a report in Venus Control Suite My Apps? .
  • When comparing the report to the media library it can be helpful to open the report in a new tab so that you can switch between the report and media library.  Click the Open In New Tab button shown below.

  1. When the content is selected (step 4.) there will be a popup window that opens on the right. Scroll to the bottom of the content popup window and click Download, save the file to your desktop or designated area.
  2. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each piece of content.
