Potential Symptoms

Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections (provider: SQL Network interfaces, error: 26 - Error locating Server/Instance Specified)" when installing or updating to Venus 1500 v4.22.
- Receiving "Windows cannot load the extensible counter DLL SQLAgent$NUCLEUS. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the Windows error code. (Event ID 1023)" in Event Viewer Application logs.

Cause
- SQL Server (NUCLEUS) service is not started.
Resolution
- Start SQL Server (NUCLEUS) service.
- Run Venus 1500 v4.22 installer or updater.

- Note: In some instances the service may stop after the installation process has started. In this case restart the service after the installation process has begun.
