VCS Unable to open Content Studio on Windows 10 computer using a supported broswer
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to open Content Studio in VCS running on Windows 10 computer in a supported browser.
- When trying to open Content Studio in VCS it will either state that it is unable to launch or nothing will happen at all.
- Daktronics Venus Client or Daktronics Content Studio is already installed.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Daktronics Venus Client or Daktronics Content Studio does not fix the issue.
- Content Studio Logs Located at (C:\ProgramData\Daktronics\Content Studio v2\Logs) indicate a successful launch of Content Studio.

- While Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are supported browsers, We recommend trying to run VCS within a different browser.
