Content Studio presentations are not following the display Image Duration in Venus Control Suite.

- Content Studio presentations are not following the display image duration.
- Set image duration is being overridden by Content Studio presentation properties.
- Presentations created in Content Studio are not playing for the desired length.

Cause
Content Studio presentation durations will override the display's Image Duration settings under Scheduling in the Main Menu's Display tab because they are considered to be Animated Content, which needs to be turned on in order for Content Studio presentations to play on the display.
Image Duration:
- Applies to Images that are uploaded directly into the Venus Control Suite Media Library and have not had a Custom Duration Set within Playlist Item Constraints under Edit Playlist Files in a Playlist.
- Applies to Web Presentations created in the Web Compositor/Web Editor that only have 1 slide that are either text only or a Still Image without a Custom Duration Set. If additional slides are added to the Web Presentation, then the slide duration will automatically change to 10 seconds for each slide until you adjust.
Resolution
- Adjust the hold time of existing presentations to match the image duration settings by following How do I adjust the hold time or duration of layouts in Content Studio?, DD2071237.
- For future presentations, you can set the default hold time in Content Studio to match the image duration settings by following How do I set the default hold time for layout or pages in Content Studio?, DD2266769.
