DVX/DVN video display will at random times switch from the desired message to a different message or video.
Potential Symptoms
- DVX/DVN video display will at random times switch from the currently playing message to another message, or video with out anyone touching the Display Studio computer.
- Problem only occurs when Display Studio is open
- Display Studio Client Log Shows "Action=[Clicked_Script_Button]" with a time stamp of when the display switched to the other message.

Environment
- DVX or DVN video system
- HP TouchSmart computer with SCS software
Cause
- HP TouchSmart Screen is registering false touches.
Resolution
- First attempt to clean the HP TouchSmart computers screen with a commercially available screen cleaner.
- Make sure to turn the computer off before attempting to clean the computer screen.
- If cleaning the screen does not resolve the issue, then the HP TouchSmart computer will need to be sent in for service.

- Follow Display Studio: Computer operator inadvertently controls computer with touchscreen , for instructions.
