No Audio Out of VNet, VNet is Muted in Volume Mixer
Potential Symptoms
- Not getting any audio out of DMP-8000, but audio does play when playing a file from Windows Media player on the DMP-8000 (i.e. the correct default playback sound device is selected).
- Audio is enabled in the primary.ini file., but no audio pushing out when looking at the select default playback device from sound Playback devices.
- No audio from the DMP player software.
Environment

Cause
- VNet program is muted or set very low in the volume mixer on the DMP-8000.
Resolution
- Right-click on the sound/speaker icon in the task tray in the lower right.
- Select Open Volume Mixer.
- Unmute or turn the volume up on the DMP-8000/VNet software program.
