Display Studio: How do I find the log file

Where are the Display Studio log files?

Steps

  1. Customer needs to know when a sequence or video was played from Display Studio.
    • Access the Show Control they believe the file was played from.
    • Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Daktronics\Display Studio\Logs.
    • Open Display Studio Client.log and scroll to the approximate date the file was played.
    • At this point, ask if the customer needs the times the files were played. If so, copy and paste the times and dates into a separate document for the customer.
  2. The Logs folder also contains the error logs for Display Studio for troubleshooting purposes.
