Flickering section of modules on display, Checksum error on MLC
Potential Symptoms
- Flickering section of modules on display.
- Checksum error and possibly a communication failure on the corresponding MLC in IDM.
Environment
- DB-1000
Cause
- Loose Cat5 cable either out of the previous MLC or into the flickering MLC.
Resolution
- Reseat/replace the Cat5 cable.
Work Around
- Find some way to secure the Cat5 cable to the port on the MLC either with tape or zip ties until new cables can be installed.
