- Error messsage: Venus 1500 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
- Receiving the following error in Venus1500.Log and Nucleus.Log.
- Error Message: You cannot update data that you don't have locked.

Cause
- NucleusServer.exe.config is corrupted.
Resolution
- Locate the NucleusServer.exe.config in C:\Program Files\Daktronics\Nucleus Server or C:\Program Files (x86)\Daktronics\Nucleus Server.
- Delete the Config file.
- Run a repair on Venus 1500.
- Restart services.
- Publish content.
