When applying Venus 1500 registration, receive error 'Sentinel RMS Development Kit- Error 143'

Potential Symptoms

  • Venus 1500 will not open, it gives error "No endpoint listening ..." then displays a username and password screen. When entering the default username and password receive error that login failed.
  • When applying Venus 1500 registration, receive the following error(s) in the following order after clicking Ok:
    • Sentinel RMS Development Kit: Error [143]: Failure in accessing the license file.

    • Registration of Venus 1500 was not successful. Adding the license failed

    • Sentinel RMS Development Kit: Error [37]: Duration of Trial License of Venus1500 v4.0 is exhausted.
