Panel adjust with a VIP-4060 does not display correctly

Potential Symptoms

  • Trying to panel adjust a display that is larger than 2048 wide, the panel adjust will not allow you to select every module in the display

Cause

The VIP-4060 can not render images larger than 2048 pixels wide

Resolution

The Translation Table on the VIP-4060 will need to be modified to a size smaller than 2048.  The best option for this is to stripe the Translation Table.  If this needs to be a permanent solution, the controller will need to be striped as well, possibly changing scripting and content.

NOTE:  With a VIP-4060 display the calibration is stored on the modules, so temporary changing the Translation Table may be the best option.
