How To Convert GalaxyPro Animated Messages to Galaxy Animated Message V3

Resolution

  1. Open Message Studio.
  2. Open a GalaxyPro Animation Message:
    1. Click File-Open.
    2. When given the option to Pick Display, Pick GalaxyPro Display.
    3. Select desired GalaxyPro Display-Click Desired Animation Folder-Click Desired Animation-Click Open.
    4. Animation Opens in Message Studio.
  3. Copy all Frames of Animation:
    1. Select First Frame of the Animation in the Timeline on right hand side.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom.
    3. Hit and hold Shift Key and select the last Frame in the Animation.
    4. Right Click on any frame and choose Copy Frame(s).
    5. Close current Animation.
  4. Create New Galaxy Message:
    1. Select File-New.
    2. When in the New Message option menu, Select regular Galaxy Display.
    3. Click OK.
  5. Paste Copied Frames:
    1. Select First Frame in the Timeline on the right hand side.
    2. Right Click and choose Paste Frame(s).
  6. All of the Frames will import into the new Message:
    1. Note: The Imported Animation might be to long for the file size. To see if the Animation is to long Select the Update Button in the Animation Preview Window. If the file is to large, the bar will fill up into the red area where the bar will appear red at the end.

      Note: If the Animation is to large, the EU may have to delete Frames at the End of the Animation to make file size acceptable.
      1. Scroll to the end of the Animation and Select Last Frame.
      2. Right Click and Select Delete Frame(s).
      3. May have to delete several Frames to make File Size acceptable and they may want to delete multiple Frames at a time.
        1. Select the Last Frame in the Animation.
        2. Hit and Hold Shift on Keyboard and Select other desired Frames to Delete.
        3. Right Click and Select Delete Frame(s).
      4. Repeat steps 1-3 until the bar is past the Red Line.
  7. Save Animation as a Galaxy Animation:
    1. Select File and Save As…
    2. Double Click the desired Folder that the EU wants to use for storage.
    3. Give the File a name (Example: Sunny Day).
    4. Select Save.
