Bomgar: How do I start a session?

Steps

  1. Navigate to https://remotehelp.daktronics.com .
  2. Select the appropriate representative from the list.
    • If the representative is not listed, press "F5" or refresh your browser page.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to establish the remote connection.
  4. Once the representative has accepted your connection, you may be prompted to elevate the permissions, locate the flashing shield icon on your start bar to allow the prompt so that the representative is able to remotely control your system.

Note: If at any time you wish to disconnect the representative, click on the big red "X" in the lower right of the smaller Bomgar window.
