- Choose a Theme, and browse by size or color technology.
- Click on Buy Animated Package or Buy Still Package.
- Choose your quantity and click Add to Cart.
- Confirm your order information is correct and Proceed to Checkout.

- Choose from Custom Creative Still or Custom Creative Animation.
- Complete the form by entering your Display Dimensions along with the rest of the required information.
- Choose your quantity and click Add to Cart.
- Confirm your order information is correct and Proceed to Checkout.
Did you find a content package but it doesn't come in your Galaxy or GalaxyPro display size? Purchase a custom size content package today at no additional charge. Your order will be sent to our creative services department and added to our backlog immediately. You can expect to see the content package in your inbox within 7-10 business days.

- Hover over Content Packages from the left side of the menu. Do not click on Can't Find My Size if you want a specific package, not all of them show up in the list.
- Select the desired Theme and click on the content you wish to purchase.
- Select either Buy Animated Package or Buy Still Package.
- Click on the View All button to see all of your options.
- Click on the Buy button next to Custom Package, which is usually near the end of the list.
- Enter your display's height and width.
- Choose your quantity and click Add to Cart.
- Confirm your order information is correct and select either Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.
- If your display size is 16 high or smaller, it is not a supported size for media kit or content packages. Unfortunately, we are unable to support small display sizes with Media Kit and package content due to there being too few pixels to ensure quality images, textures and logos. We recommend text-only messages, built in Content Studio or the Venus Control Suite Web Compositor to best optimize your display technology. Typically, we offer the full media kit for displays that are 32-pixel high or more. However, we may be able to provide limited media kits for 24-pixel high displays.
- Please disregard the fee when ordering FREE content in your display size. Upon checkout our system will adjust the balance.
- Download links are at the bottom of the order acknowledgement. If you don't receive that in your inbox, it most likely was delivered to your junk/spam email folder. We recommend you check there first and make sure that you add onlinesales@daktronics.com and commercialcreativeservices@daktronics.com to your safe list to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox. Alternatively, you can log back into your account on our online store. Click the "Account" button at the top right of the page and then the "View Details" next to each of your orders to access the download links.
