Venus 1500 v3 scheduled messages are showing up as stored messages when published but show in Running again after status is refreshed

Potential Symptoms

  •  Venus 1500 v3, scheduled messages are showing up as stored messages (white text) Message Control View after the schedule is initially sent from Schedule Control View.
  • Schedule is correct (verified in Venus 1500 Schedule Studio).

Environment

  • Venus 1500 version 3 (v3.12.1)
  • Windows XP

Cause

  • This will happen when status is obtained too early and may not happen every time something is published, and the content hasn't fully loaded into the running panel.

Resolution

  • Obtain status to display again by clicking Get Status, and the Running and Stored Panels should update and show correctly.
