Time is not updating in the software or out on the display
Potential Symptoms
- Time, Date, and/or Temperature is not changing on the display, appears frozen.
- The Time, Date, or Temperature that is showing on the sign is the exact same time, temp, date that is showing in the message layout screen in Content Studio or Web Presentation.
- Time is incorrect on sign but is correct on computer and in the Venus 1500 display status.
- Time, temp, date information on the sign is the same as it was when content was created, does not change.
- Time on display will not adjust, just stays at the same time.
- Memory clear does not get time unstuck.

Cause
- Message was created by typing the time, temperature, or date information directly into the message frame or text box RTD (real time data) message.
Resolution
- Create time/temperature/date message using the Data Fields or RTD tools in Venus software.
