How do you import messages that were created from another PC into Venus 1500 V4?

Environment

  • Venus 1500 V4
  • Content Studio

Resolution

  1. Open Venus1500 V4.
  2. Click on Content Tab.
  3. Select the display that the message is created for.
  4. Click on Create to open Content Studio.
  5. Click on the Orange V in the top left corner, and select open.
  6. Locate the folder or location of the message that needs to be imported.
  7. Select the message that needs to be imported, and click open.
  8. Message will now appear in Content Studio, however is not saved in the database.
  9. Click on the Orange V, and select SAVE AS, this will open up the sign type that the message will be saved in. 
  10. Name the message or select save.
  11. Message will now be saved and accessible for scheduling to the display.
