Cause
- Software is configured utilizing the incorrect communication method.
- May occur if a change in communication took place (i.e. if serial radios replaced or upgraded with Ethernet Bridge Radios).
Resolution
- Set communication method for the sign to Ethernet or serial in Venus. Configure to correct IP address or serial COM port.
