Galaxy, Row/s of modules blank on mirror, Modules have power, Failed mirror QC

Potential Symptoms

  • Blank line on one face of display.
    • Known good output line from quick connect (QC) fed to blank module row results in content on previously blank row of mods, proving module row works when fed a good signal.
  • Blank row of modules on mirror face.
  • Module row on mirror has sporadic rows of LEDs that are solid red.
  • Blank mirror (if display has up to 3 rows of modules) or multiple module rows blank (for taller displays that have more than 1 input QC card).
  • Upon visual inspection of QC cards , may discover physical damage on the card.
