Getting started resources
For local environments, start Content Studio via the Start menu. It will then connect to the local Data Studio sources.
The Venus Server configuration in Content Studio will need to be the local server:

Create the first row of data or first record.
Note: It is important to get the first row configured completely before moving on to make a list from it.
- In the Dynamic Data Library locate the Football: Data Studio (NCAA) category.
- Navigate to Home> Roster > 1.
- Click and drag the following player description elements into your canvas. (Text headers can be added after the list is created or they can be a part of the background image.)
- Jersey
- Full Name
- Position
- Navigate to Home > Roster > 1 > GameStats > Offense > Receiving.
- Click and drag the following receiving elements into your canvas.
- Receptions
- Yards
- Yards/Rec (Yards after catch)
- Add any other receiving stats to this list.
- Finalize the first horizontal row of the data elements.
- Space the elements out in one row towards the top of the canvas. Be sure to leave space for longer names, data elements that may require double or triple digits, etc. For names, consider the shrink to fit option. - Use the alignment tools to create an accurate row. Content Studio: How do I align my elements
- Configure the elements to be media rtd if needed.
- Adjust the font and text colors as needed.
Complete the list with Data Tools.
Verify that the first is set appropriately. Select the row of data elements and select the Data List tab.
- Create records for 5 players. Content Studio: How do I make content that pages data?
- Filter the list to show players with the top Offensive Receptions from greatest to least. Content Studio: How do I create filtered and sorted data lists that compare player information?
- Set Paging to None.
- Preview and Save message.
