Steps
Font Files
Fonts can be uploaded under the Brand/Asset tab or directly into the editor. Process: FrameWrx: How do I add fonts to a project.
The supported font file types are:
- .otf
- .ttf
- .woff
Image Files
Images can be uploaded under the Brand/Asset tab or directly into the editor. The default size limit for an image is 25MB, however, this can be increased upon request for large format printing.

The supported image file types are:
- .jpg
- .png
- .svg FrameWrx: How do I save SVGs to upload
- .tiff
- .heic
- .pdf FrameWrx: How do I upload designs using the PDF import tool
SVGs and PDFs will maintain layers while JPGs, TIFFs, HEIC, and PNGs will remain flat.
PDF Files
You can import PDF files directly into the editor, but this process is distinct from creating a project based on a PDF. PDF files can be used as a container for basic vector graphics like logos or to import a more complex layered design, maintaining specific CMYK/SPOT colors on print designs.
Video and Audio Files
FrameWrx supports the upload of video or audio files directly into any presentation project or into the Brand/Asset tab to be stored, however, these projects can only be exported as MP4. The default size limit for video is 500MB and audio is 10MB. Both of these can be increased upon request.
