FrameWrx: How do I view presentation analytics

Presentation analytics gives insights into who is viewing your project along with a few other data points around their engagement.

FrameWrx by Daktronics is a cloud-based content design platform that enables anyone, anywhere to access professionally designed templates to elevate their brand for event production and promotions. This timesaving platform simplifies content creation, maximizing the impact of digital video displays and social communication. Event producers of any ability can access top-level, intentionally designed templates, created by the professional digital artists who provide content for professional stadiums.

Steps

To view the analytics, locate the project following these steps: 

  1. Click on Projects main tab.
  2. Navigate to Projects subtab.
  3. Locate the presentation you would like to see analytics for.
  4. Click the Ellipses on the presentation.
  5. Click on Presentation Analytics.

This page shows line items for each viewer along with data points in the columns. Select the version of your project you want to see stats for by using the dropdown on the right side of the screen. Averages across all viewers are at the bottom of the report.

Metrics:

  • Pages viewed
  • Furthest page reached
  • Total time viewed
  • PDF downloaded
  • Total opens
  • First opened
  • Last opened
