How do I organize my templates and projects to make them easier to find?

Tags provide a method to organize FrameWrx Projects. They allow for general grouping and more granular filtering based on attributes you define.

FrameWrx by Daktronics is a cloud-based content design platform that enables anyone, anywhere to access professionally designed templates to elevate their brand for event production and promotions. This timesaving platform simplifies content creation, maximizing the impact of digital video displays and social communication. Event producers of any ability can access top-level, intentionally designed templates, created by the professional digital artists who provide content for professional stadiums.

Steps

🔽Use the arrows to open or collapse the following sections. 

Add or edit tags to projects to make them easier to find.
  1. Navigate to the Projects page and locate a project. 
  2. Click on the Ellipses (3 horizontal dots) or the project menu that is in the lower corner of the thumbnail. 
  3. Choose Manage Tags from the dropdown.

  1. Select an existing Tag from the dropdown menu OR type in a new tag name to create one.
  2. Save.

Tags can be removed by following the same steps and then clicking the “x” button next to the tag. Users can also add or remove tags from a Project when accessing the built-in Projects page.  

    Filter your projects by tags

    Do this once one or more tags have been added.

    1. Click on Projects tab
    2. Expand the Filter by Tag dropdown and select the tags you want to filter by OR select any of the tags that are displayed to the right of the dropdown.

    Tags displayed next to the Filter by Tag dropdown will be the most used tags in your system. When multiple tags are selected, projects that match any selected tag will be returned.
