FrameWrx by Daktronics is a cloud-based content design platform that enables anyone, anywhere to access professionally designed templates to elevate their brand for event production and promotions. This timesaving platform simplifies content creation, maximizing the impact of digital video displays and social communication. Event producers of any ability can access top-level, intentionally designed templates, created by the professional digital artists who provide content for professional stadiums.

Steps

FrameWrx is split between two account types: Admins and Users.

This could be instructors, or content approvers.

  • This role manages users and allows for template and branding creation. Admin accounts can also do reporting and system configuration. 
  • Admin can create Users/Students within FrameWrx. Once users are configured, they will be able to login.  See: FrameWrx: How do I log in to my account.

This could be content designers or students.  This role provides access to project design tools.

  • User- access to all templates

How to add Users

Users can be created manually. In order to add users, you must first have an account to associate them with. Users can either be associated with accounts on a one-to-one basis or as multiple users within the same account.

To add a new user, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Admin tab.
  2. Navigate to Account Users subtab.
  3. Click Add New User button.
  4. Add the User's Name.
  5. Add the User's Email.
  6. Add the Status.
  7. Add the Role.
  8. Check the box to send the Welcome Email.
  9. Disable Social Export. Click on if you do not want a user/admin to export content to a social media platform.
  10. Hide System Templates. Click on if you do not want a user/admin to see system templates and only see templates published by the administrator. System templates are templates that Daktronics Creative Services Made.
  11. Click Save.

User management

Once a User has been added, you can hover over their line item in the account users' grid to see the options pop up on the right side of the page.

  1. If the user has never logged in and needs to receive their login email, you will see an option to Send Welcome Email.
  2. Use the trash icon to delete the user from the system (Best practice is to change out the email if you are to delete. If you attempt to re-add the user with the same email later this will fail. 
  3. There is an option to log in virtually as the user to see the user's projects.
