Basic Troubleshooting for Adflow equipment

Environment

  • Product:
  • Component:
  • Control System: AMP-450

Steps

  1. Confirm screen is operating properly. Confirm the HDMI cable is connected  to the screen. Confirm the Screen is turned on.
  2. The Adflow Media player has a Push button switch on the front of the player. Next to the power Button is 1 White-Blue LED light. If no lights are on, press the Power button once, the power LED should light up  and the other LED should flash. This indicates that the media player is booting up.
  3. If the power light is Blue and the screen is properly connected but not showing content, only a black screen, press the power button once and  release. This will start a proper graceful shutdown, after 30 seconds the Blue  LED button will turn off. If the power LED remains Blue press and hold the button (approx. 30  seconds) until the media player shuts off, not lit up. Once the media player turns off wait 30 seconds and push the button again. This will restart the media player.
  4. Confirm All connections are secure in the back of the Media Player. Make sure power is visible on the LEDs for the ADFLOW Media player.
