Content for Venus Interactive Touch Experience (Kiosk)
This playlist includes an Attract Loop or screensaver and interactive HTML content.

Examples of use: retail, malls, transportation/ wayfinding, Live Events/venue maps, HSPR, Games, Display a website.
This functionality supports HTML based content that is created by the customer.

Select Scheduling from the My Apps menu.

Scheduling interactive content in an attract loop (Interactive playlist)

Venus Scheduling: How do I create a playlist in Venus Control Suite?

From the Playlist Page, click Add New to create a new playlist.
Choose Interactive from the drop-down options.

To locate an existing playlist, use the filters for interactive playlists.

Add Displays

Click + next to Displays to select the displays the new playlist will appear on.
A right side-out should appear that lists your account's displays.
Select the displays. A check mark identifies which display(s) you have selected and generates a list under the Displays tile.
Click on the X in the top right corner to close the slide-out.

Add Media

Click + in the top corner of the Media Files tile. The Select Media menu will slide-out from the right side.
Locate the desired media file using the filter options. The media filter can limit results using file title, modified date, account name, association, file type, dimension, and associated tags.
Select the desired HTML media file(s) from the list within the Select Media menu by clicking +. The Media files list will populate with the selected media files.
1. Remove a media file from the list by clicking + or remove all media files by clicking Remove All.
Click on the X in the top right corner to close the slide-out.

Finish the Playlist

Add other content to make the Attract Loop or screensaver.
Save.

Scheduling interactive content without an attract loop (Regular playlist)

It is possible to schedule interactive content without an Attract Loop.

Select the down arrow to the right of Add New.
Choose playlist from the drop-down options.
Add the interactive content (one piece of media ONLY) to a regular playlist
Schedule as normal.

Note: Do NOT use the interactive playlist type from the drop-down menu during creation

Interactive content properties

Select the file to view the media file properties.
Trigger- Touch is set by default. This is the only option at the time of launch.
Timeout- Time the player will wait before reverting to the regular playlist content (Attract Loop / Screensaver)

Interactive Playlist Considerations

Only 1 Interactive playlist may be scheduled to an interactive display.
Normal playlists can be scheduled and will work as the attract loop/screensaver (as usual, supports multiple playlists).
