Steps
Slide duration vs paging hold time
Slide hold time
- Locate the slide hold time under the right side menu>Slides.
- Choose Set Custom Duration.
- Specify how long the slide should play. Keep in mind, this will need time to page through the data.
Hold time for the data
Locate Paging hold times under the right side menu > Properties > Data List.5 seconds is a good default.
How much data will page during the hold time?
The number of records shown will be the hold time of the slide divided by the record hold time multiplied by the number of records in the list.Example: Slide hold time (10 seconds) / Record hold time (5 Seconds) X number of Records. (3)
10/5=2 2x3=6
Viewers will see 6 records during a 10 second hold time that has 3 records per page.
