How do I create a case in MySupport? What fields do I need to fill out to create a case? How do I know if I want customer service or technical support when creating a case? Can I have someone call me back?​​​​​​​

Steps

  1. To create and submit a case to Daktronics Support, from MySupport select either the last tab, Contact Support or from the Home page, select the Contact Support button. image.png
  2. Click on the Submit Case button to begin creating your case.image.png
  3. Begin the case creation process.  Enter the location of the display by selecting the radio button in front of the desired location. 
  4. Who would you like Daktronics to contact? You will be selected, but if you want Daktronics to contact someone else, select that person from the list provided.
  5. The next option is How can we help you?  This lets you choose between Customer Service or Technical Support.  If you are wanting a quote, or to order parts, or have a general question, you most likely want Customer Service.  If you are looking for a technician to assist you with troubleshooting, select Technical Support.  
  6. Ask us anything field.  Enter in the reason for your case "I need a quote"  or "I need help with communication on my display"  This will help ensure your case gets to the correct party to assist you.
  7. File upload. Use this if you want to share a picture of your display issue, or if you are sending a purchase order to Daktronics .  This will show as an attachment on your case.
  8. Schedule callback?  Select this if you would like to provide an earliest callback to latest callback time for this case.  Otherwise someone will contact you as soon as possible. See MySupport | How do I Request a Callback from Daktronics? for more information.  
  9. Submit to create the case.
