Sport App Program Feed Is Chugging

Potential Symptoms

  • Preview Window seems to be playing correctly.
  • Program is moving extremely slow.
  • Looking at the Task Manager, the Intel GPU is spiking at 100%.

Environment

  • Product: SportApp
  • Component: NDI Playback
  • Control System: Live Book GFX®

Cause

  • Windows gave priority to the integrated intel GPU as opposed to the High Performance NVIDIA GPU.

Resolution

  1. Close the Sport App.
  2. Right Click the desktop and go to NVIDIA Control Panel.
  3. In the "Manage 3D settings" page, change the preferred graphics processor from "Auto-select" to "High Performance NVIDIA processor"

  1. Click save and re-launch the Sport App.
