SportApp: Team Elements missing From Scorebug or Insert Graphics

Potential Symptoms

  • After changing out a team logo, various templates are missing background colors or logos.

Environment

  • Product: SportApp
  • Component: Swatches
  • Control System: Live Book GFX®

Cause

  • File name for the team logo has been changed.
  • The Sport App uses the team logo file name to link to various elements.
  • For example, take the team Florida. There are Florida.png files in all the following folders:

  • Now if you wanted to change the Florida logo and dropped a Florida_New.png file in the logos folder, the Sport App will be looking for "Florida_New.png" in all those folders highlighted above.

Resolution

  • When changing out a team logo, keep the name the same and override the old file.
