- Components: Scoreboard Feed
- Control System: AJT Systems a Division of Daktronics
Steps
- Does the Sport App say "Data OK" at the bottom of the app?
- If Yes: Make sure source from feed turned on. If issue persists, contact Daktronics.
- If No: Proceed to Step 2.
- Is the correct scoreboard feed selected in the Sport App Settings Window?
- If No: Select the correct feed/settings
- If Yes: Proceed to Step 3.
- Can the feed be monitored with TeraTerm (TCP/Serial) or Data Monitor (UDP)?
- If No: Check connections/settings SportApp: How do I enable scoreboard connectivity?
- If Yes: Proceed to Step 4.
- Contact Daktronics for further assistance with troubleshooting.
