Template Missing Elements

Missing elements can be caused by incorrect or dated Sport Apps or Network Packages as well as shows pointing at incorrect directories.

Environment

  • Product: Live Book
  • Component: Sport App
  • Control System: Live Book

Steps

  1. Is this a premade insert graphic or scorebug?
    1. If No: Proceed to Step 6.
    2. If Yes: Proceed to Step 2.
  2. Are they on the latest versions of the Sport Apps and Network Packages?
    1. If No: Update Sport Apps and/or Network Packages. If issue persists proceed to Step 3.
    2. If Yes: Proceed to Step 3..
  3.  Is it happening to both Visiting and Home teams?
    1. If No: Proceed to Step 4.
    2. If Yes: If logo is custom, escalate to Daktronics. If not, proceed to Step 4.
  4. Verify the file name for the logo matches the file name for Secondary logos, swatch colors, knockout logos, etc. (Team Elements Are Missing From Scorebug or Insert Graphics ). If issue persists, proceed to Step 5.
  5. When you go to edit show, is the show pointing at the correct directory? Refer to AJT ESPN Insert Graphic not showing background colors or missing team logos
    1. If No: Create a new show and point it at the correct directory. If issue persists, proceed to Step 6.
  6. Escalate to Daktronics for further assistance with troubleshooting.
