Live Book Template is not performing as expected

Templates are either premade or are custom creations. Features of premade templates are described in their respective support guides.

Steps

  1. Is this a premade insert graphic/scorebug off the Dashboard?
    • If No, proceed to Step 5.
    • If Yes, Proceed to Step 2.
  2. Is the Live Book on the latest versions of the Sport Apps and Network Packages?
    • If No, Update Sport Apps and/or Network Packages as needed. If issue persists, proceed to Step 3.
    • If Yes, proceed to Step 3
  3. Check appropriate Insert Graphic Guide. Is the desired behavior described in the guide?
    • If No, check to see if other templates in the support guide would better fit what they are trying to do.
    • If Yes, proceed to Step 4.
  4. Contact Daktronics for further assistance with troubleshooting.
