Venus Scheduling: How do I find playlists that have the same media files with filters?

How do I use the Schedule App playlist filtering?
How do I find the same media file in multiple playlists that needs updating?

Steps

  1. Log into Venus Control Suite Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite?
  2. Select Scheduling from the My Apps menu. This will show the list of existing playlists
  3. To find all the playlists with a shared media file or with No Media, enter the file name in the Media File filter on the right hand side.
  4. This will give a refined list of playlists using this file. From here you can make any needed changes to the playlists utilizing this file or you can update the file itself. 
  5. To clear the filter results, click on the red x icon.
