Data Server: Why does my clock time trigger sometimes fail when manually setting a clock?

Cause

Sometimes leading zeros are suppressed (output as spaces) in the All Sport and other times they are not depending on how a value was manually entered or if it was reset using the console.

Resolution

Considering using the 'Contains' condition instead of `StartsWith` or `=` to handle a wider set of possible formatting deviations.
" 1:30", "01:30" and "1:30.0" all contain "1:30"… but use caution because so does "11:30".
Note: Trimming has also been implemented such that leading and trailing spaces ARE removed from data field prior to running condition logic. So do not include leading or trailing spaces in your comparison values.
