Steps
- Log in to Venus Control Suite. Venus Accounts: How do I log in to Venus Control Suite?
- Navigate to Data Studio from the Launchpad page or from the My Apps Menu. Venus Accounts: How do I find my apps?
🔽Use the arrows to open and collapse the following sections.
Add a new source
On the sources page, click Add New. (Or click on an existing data source to edit or delete.)
Configure web data source.
- Add Name
- Paste the URL in the address section. -Be sure the url path does not contain extra characters or safelink code.
- Click Additional Information to enter any credentials (if required) for the source.
- Add refresh time.
- Add Type by choosing json, or xml.
- Verify that the source is Enabled.
- Click Next.
- Trim the data source to the specific data to be used. See: Data Studio: How do I configure data trimming
- Click Save.
